on the page for bootskin vista it says this

do they have a date for the indivdual purchase. The people that help me manage my money will not let me get object desktop but will let me buy the programs I use one at at time.

Presumably you want this for it's Create Bootskin function. If you wish to make bootskins, guess you'll just have to be patient like me heheh. If you just want to have a bootskin from a wallpaper by another WC member, you could try an email or PM to them. Most are very obliging - I got my boot screen that way.
